COMMUNICATION! Communication is typically all I need. I can usually always get the client to be okay with issues that come up. As long as I know what the lender is going through and what is happening, then I can always smooth things over. Mark Townsend was awesome with communication and staying on point with his duties as a lender and some things he didn't have to do. Thanks Mark for a great transaction!
