not sure it went as smoothly as we all thought, and I get it is a new program. Didn't seem as seamless as I expected, still info needed throughout the process. The appraisal process was frustrating (not Mark's fault) and the paperwork at the end was incorrect. I am sure it is still being perfected and understandably a bit shaky to start. I will still referring other clients.
